RenderVue, operated by Innoscapes LLC, a United States company, provides a platform where design professionals and homeowners share project designs, plans, and messages. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account or use the Service, such as your name, email address, phone number, and account type. When you use the platform, we also receive the designs, images, messages, reviews, and other content you upload or submit, and basic usage information such as views of shared links.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and provide the Service, including displaying designs to the clients and viewers you authorize, sending notifications and emails related to your projects, processing payments for paid plans and marketplace transactions, providing support, and improving and securing the Service.
Sharing of information
Your content is shared only as needed to provide the Service: with the clients, homeowners, and collaborators you invite or share with, with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, email, and payment processors), and with law enforcement or others where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You can update your account information in the app, request deletion of your account or content, and manage which emails you receive. To make a request, contact us through the contact form on our website.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the current version here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to RenderVue through the contact form on our website.
