Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RenderVue, including its website, applications, and related services ("Service"). RenderVue is a service operated by Innoscapes LLC, a United States company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use RenderVue

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use RenderVue for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.

3. User content

You retain ownership of designs, images, messages, profiles, reviews, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant RenderVue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit your User Content as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit your User Content and to allow RenderVue and intended viewers to use it as described in these Terms. Do not upload content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law.

Designers are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before uploading client information, project images, plans, or other materials, and for choosing appropriate sharing settings. Homeowners are responsible for how they use or share materials they can access through RenderVue. Sharing settings and technical controls may not prevent every copy, screenshot, or redistribution.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or harass or harm others; upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service; misrepresent your identity, business, qualifications, or relationship to a project; or scrape, copy, resell, or misuse the Service or other users' content without authorization.

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is needed to protect users or the Service.

5. Designer and homeowner relationships

RenderVue provides tools for designers and homeowners to share and discuss project materials. RenderVue is not a party to agreements between users and does not verify the accuracy, quality, suitability, or completeness of user-provided designs, services, advice, or project information. Users are responsible for evaluating and negotiating their own arrangements.

6. Paid features

Some features may require payment. Prices, billing terms, renewal, cancellation, and any refund terms will be presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable plan information. Taxes may apply. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider, whose terms and privacy practices also apply.

7. Intellectual property

RenderVue and its licensors own the Service, including its software, branding, and design, excluding User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or User Content. You may not use RenderVue's name, logo, or other branding without permission.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. It is part of your use of the Service and is available at /privacy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law. RenderVue does not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, RenderVue and Innoscapes LLC and their affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, RenderVue's total liability for claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to RenderVue for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing during that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights. This does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a change materially affects users, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any legal action relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in a state or federal court located in Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
